How To Unlock Chat Watch 5

After you purchase Chat Watch you will be provided a registration key (also referred to as a license key). Once you have the registration key, you can unlock Chat Watch. Here's how:

1. Run Chat Watch from the Start menu. Make sure you are logged in as an Administrator user and not a Limited User (or Standard User on Windows Vista).

2. Click the Help menu, and then click Enter or View License Key as shown below:

3. Now enter (or paste) your key in the box labeled License Key and click Ok.

After a few seconds, you will see one of two messages:

• If your registration information is correct Chat Watch will say:

  Thank you for purchasing Chat Watch!
   

•  If your registration information is invalid, Chat Watch will say:

  The license key entered is invalid. To get a license key by purchasing Chat Watch visit www.zemericks.com.

  Double-check you entered your key correctly and try again. If you know you have your key correct, check to see if you have a firewall running that may be blocking Chat Watch from unlocking.
