We accept online payment in US funds by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Please be sure to provide your correct billing address (the address your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. We also welcome payments through PayPal and Google Checkout.

We will provide technical support for all of our products through our support site and via e-mail. All purchases come with one year of technical support. At this time we do not offer telephone support.

From time to time coupon codes may be made available to our customers. The coupon codes may be posted on our site or included in our newsletter. Coupon codes can only be used through our online store unless otherwise noted. Each coupon will have a posted expiration date and after that date the coupon will not be valid. Current coupons can not be applied to any previous purchases. The coupon code must be entered at time of checkout for the discount to be applied to your order.

Customers can return unopened software within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund. Software that has been registered by e-mail or through our registration site at https://www.zemericks.com is considered to be opened and cannot be returned.

All upgrades for each product are free until the next major release of the product. Major releases are denoted by new version numbers (i.e. 2.0, 3.0, and so on). It is not necessary that you install each update available. Please read the details of the update to decide if you should install the update or not. The time period between major releases for us in the past has typically been between 1 and 1.5 years but the time period may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zemerick Software, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business time, business profits, business information, or any other kind of loss) arising out of the use of, or inability to use the Software, or the failure to provide support services, even if Zemerick Software, Inc., or one of its supplies has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Zemerick Software's entire liability shall not exceed the price paid for the software.
